The goods

NordLihas Oy sells dietary supplements designed for athletes and active individuals, vitamin and mineral products supporting normal muscle function, and cooling and soothing muscle gels for external use. The product page details the ingredients, dosage, and format of each supplement. The images shown are illustrative; the actual appearance of the product may vary slightly.

Ordering and contract

An order is considered received once you have completed the checkout process. We will send an email confirmation; a binding agreement takes effect upon dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability or incomplete information, in which case we will refund any payments promptly.

Prices and payment

Product prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer. We correct obvious pricing errors prior to dispatching items, giving you the choice to proceed with the order at the corrected price or cancel it entirely.

Delivery

You can find shipping methods, schedules, and fees on the separate Shipping and Payment page. Responsibility for the product transfers to the recipient upon delivery.

Product images and colours

The images show the actual packaging and products from our selection. Display settings and lighting can alter shades, so a slight difference in color does not constitute a defect or entitle you to a refund. Ingredient lists, nutritional values, and package sizes can be found on each supplement's own product page.

Transfer of risk

We are responsible for the condition of the shipment until the carrier hands it to you or your authorized recipient. After this, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please record any external transport damage immediately with the courier and report it to our customer service within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You have the right to return unopened products within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the instructions on the Returns page. Products are covered by statutory liability for defects in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act regarding manufacturing and material defects. NordLihas Oy is responsible for ensuring that the delivered batch matches the stated list of ingredients and that the product packaging is undamaged at the time of delivery.

• Customized dietary supplement blends or blends specially prepared according to customer specifications
• Perishable goods or products with a short best-before date that expires shortly after delivery
• Products that must be returned unopened for hygiene and health protection reasons, where the security seal, cap or protective foil has been broken after receipt
• Products which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other substances after delivery
• Digital recordings, guides or downloadable training materials that have been unsealed or opened by the consumer

Liability

The total liability of NordLihas Oy for any direct or indirect damages is always limited to the total value of the order in question or a maximum of 100 euros to the extent permitted by applicable Finnish law. These terms do not limit any statutory liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Age and use

The buyer must be at least 18 years of age. Follow the dosage instructions on the containers carefully; dietary supplements do not replace daily routine or a varied diet.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and any disputes are governed by Finnish law, and disagreements will primarily be resolved through the recommendations of the Consumer Disputes Board or in a district court in Finland. If we cannot reach a solution through negotiations, the dispute will be referred to the district court of the seller's domicile. This condition does not affect the rights guaranteed by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
