Make the NordLihas product part of your recovery routine. If you choose not to keep it, return it within 14 days and we will refund the amount.

The promise
You can send any product back within 14 days of arrival without explanation. We will refund the money to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the package.

14-day returns

The right of return also applies if you simply change your mind about your purchase.

Insured delivery

If a shipment is lost or damaged during transport, we will supply a replacement product or refund your payment at no cost to you.

Secure payment

Payment methods include bank transfer and cash on delivery: we do not require credit card payment, nor do we store card details.

How to claim

  1. Send us your order ID via email to [email protected].
  2. We will provide the return address and the required reference ID within one business day.
  3. Send the package for return. We will confirm your refund immediately upon receipt.
